Information clause

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the University of Warsaw with with its registered office
    at Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28, 00-927 Warsaw.
  2. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer supervising the correctness of personal
    data processing, who can be contacted via the following e-mail address: iod@adm.uw.edu.pl
  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to register to the conference “Families in the changing world of labour” (hereinafter: The Conference).
  4. The data provided will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR * – processing is necessary
    to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator.
  5. Providing data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the data, participation in The Conference will be impossible.
  6. Access to your personal data will be granted to authorized employees of the administrator. Personal
    data will be made available to entities authorized under the law. The recipients of personal data will
    also be entities responsible for the destruction of documentation on the basis of the concluded data
    processing agreement, which will provide your data with an appropriate level of protection.
  7. Personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which you
    provided them for the purpose of registering to The Conference.
  8. Under the terms of the GDPR, you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete
    it (subject to Article 17 (3) of the GDPR), and limit processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint
    with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  9. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
